🌿 Ministry Status

Hearthlight Way Ministries, Inc. is a legally incorporated religious nonprofit in the State of Indiana. As a church, we are automatically considered tax-exempt under U.S. law and do not require 501(c)(3) certification to operate as a nonprofit ministry.

We are honored to receive gifts from those who feel led to support this work. Financial contributions may be tax-deductible under federal law, as churches are exempt from applying for 501(c)(3) status. We encourage you to consult your tax advisor to determine deductibility in your specific situation.
